  • Gregory Tilden is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of the SF Bay Area. With extensive training working with children, adolescents, couples, and individuals, Gregory believes in helping clients find practical solutions to life’s challenges, while also holding space for his clients to develop their own inner wisdom.

    Gregory has worked extensively with individuals experiencing homelessness, in school settings, with couples of all ages, and with children and adolescents throughout the Bay Area. Gregory specializes in working with young adults, teenagers, neurodivergence, survivors of abuse, and helping clients develop healthier boundaries. He is also trained to assist clients through the process of ketamine-assisted therapy.

    Gregory draws inspiration in helping people think and live more creatively, incorporating mindfulness and existential approaches in his work. Gregory has extensive training in supporting the youth through non-directive play therapy and sand tray, as well as training in EFT for couples. Gregory incorporates psychological astrology and art therapy for any clients who are interested! Fundamentally, he believes in the process of therapy as a collaborative, creative process, that can be challenging, playful, deep, and fundamentally rewarding.

    Gregory is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and grow through life to emerge with more wisdom, inner strength and authenticity. Gregory received his BA from Ithaca College in Philosophy & Religion, with a minor in Music, and his MA. from California Institute of Integral Studies in Counseling Psychology.
