How We Work With Trauma

Our trauma therapists are trained in evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, but more than that—we’re trained in holding space. Sessions move at your pace, not a treatment plan’s. We co-create safety first, and only then begin to explore what hurts. Some of what therapy might include:

  • Identity-affirming processing for relational or systemic trauma

  • Narrative therapy or metaphor to reframe internalized beliefs

  • Expressive work through art, media, or movement

  • Concrete coping tools for flashbacks, overwhelm, or shutdown
