Member Spotlight: Stacey Inal, LMFT

Meet Stacey Inal, a licensed marriage and family therapist and Women's Career Coach with over 30 years of experience in culturally and ethnically diverse settings, both in the public and private sectors. Stacey's journey in psychology began after working in the corporate world, where she observed the toll that the work environment and stress could take on individuals and relationships. She faced immense pressure to be successful in the business world, which took a toll on her personal life as a wife and mother. Stacey pursued her psychology degree to better understand the intricacies of human behavior and relationships.

Stacey's theoretical orientation is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapy, emphasizing EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. She has been able to help many clients overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Stacey specializes in career coaching for women and assists them in navigating their professional growth and development. Often, women feel selfish for putting their needs and desires first. She helps women understand the importance of "filling their vessels"

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Stacey shifted to an online-only practice and has continued providing her clients with high-quality therapy and career coaching virtually. She believes mental health and career development are crucial to women's overall wellness and works diligently to support her clients.

Stacey receives support from skilled therapists and attends regular consultation groups to enhance her clinical skills. She serves a diverse population of individuals, couples, and women in various stages of their lives and careers. Stacey's goal for her practice is to continue supporting individuals and couples and expanding her career coaching services for women.

In her free time, Stacey enjoys watching professional soccer matches, gardening, and traveling overseas on adventurous trips. She is also an avid reader and enjoys discussing psychology and business-related topics with colleagues and friends.

If you're looking for a therapist and career coach who can support you through life's challenges and help you navigate your professional growth, Stacey Inal is a great choice. With her vast experience in a myriad of settings and her focus on CBT, Humanistic Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing, Stacey can help you overcome anxiety, depression, and relationship issues as well as achieve your career goals.
